The Center for Sustainable Leadership Development will address this need by working with groups, organizations and communities to design and develop programs to train leaders. We want to develop affordable, sustainable training programs for leaders at all levels. 

 

The Center will work to insure that programs fit their cultural context, and that they address other factors such as participants’ prior education, leadership needs, government pressures, and unique threats. This does not necessarily mean building a “school” or adapting other western models. It will also mean helping organizations and communities recognize existing resources they could utilize without “re-inventing the wheel.”
